"Chef Andrealetizia Pedrini and Chef Nicky Brian were both a 10/10! From the beginning to the end of the process, they communicated in a very timely manner. They arrived on time and prepared our meals with pleasure. They made sure our food requests were followed and prepared with excellence. The ingredients were fresh, and the presentation was beautiful. The meals were absolutely delicious! They also paired wine for our meals which we enjoyed thoroughly. When we let them know we had two small children, they prepared a special meal for them and a child-friendly dessert – the kids loved them. While in Italy we were at three different locations and had a chef at each city. These two were by far our favorites because not only was their cooking divine, but they also helped us with travel and excellent recommendations about the other cities we traveled to. We all highly recommend Chef Andrea and Chef Nicky because they went above and beyond before, during, and after the service was complete!"

“Andrealetizia and Nicky were absolutely fantastic. The entire booking and menu selection process was quick and simple. The menu suggested was modern with a nod to the traditional which was exactly what we wanted. When asked for modifications, Andrea was quick to respond - although we ultimately went with her original menu. They were both friendly, professional, courteous and created a magical environment at the villa we were staying at - a beautiful outdoor setting. From the first bite - our group of eight were all blown away. The Asparagus Cheesecake Amuse Bouche, Mortadella Tacos, Fettuccine Alfredo, Truffle Picanha and Panna Cotta - words simply cannot describe how incredible each and every dish was. Beautifully plated and presented, each dish was delivered with an interesting description and story. Loved the techniques used to present traditional flavour profiles in new inventive ways. Our meal that night stood out as a highlight of the trip for all of our guests and was better than even the Michelin starred restaurants we visited during our stay in Italy. Andrea and Nicky were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. We would love the opportunity to eat another meal by them sometime in the future. Definitely book with them - you won’t regret it.”

Andrealetizia and Nicky offered us a unique experience that I would recommend anytime. Very easy to discuss with via WhatsApp, they were sharp on time. Perfect mix of discretion, professionalism and friendliness, they were eager to share their cuisine secrets with those who wanted to. They are literally a grand chef in your own cuisine and take care of everything without you even noticing. At the time agreed, a fantastic meal is ready with freshly cooked splendid products. We requested a Roman classic meal and had all the experience. Appetisers were exquisite, presentation of the dish, aspect of the plate and tasty dishes were Michelin-star level. We loved the tiny twists in the grand classiques (Nicky’s carbonara sauce technique is one of a kind and provides a splendid texture). Every aspect of the chef job is mastered. Finding a pristine cuisine in the end while the chefs quietly leave you to enjoy the rest of the night is most appreciated. Not more expensive than a traditional restaurant of that level but definitely a more exclusive experience. Too bad Andrealetizia and Nicky don’t live in Paris…:)
